where can i find this?
im in need of a pre chipped - pre burned ecu and harness for my 98 civic ex with turbo
please assist guys if this is possible
not particular on which program...just what you think is best
i would do it myself but i work a ---- load

You sound like a DIYer that doesnt have time to mess around with ghetto stuff.
Best bet is to find a Hondata Dealer and get everything from them including tuning.
Can't go wrong if you have the $$$ but not the time
The other *stuff* out requires a definite committment to keep current and make your setup the best you can be.
