Default What's the deal with TE MAP values

What is the deal with the screwy vaccum values in TE. I can't copy paste values from the factory BIN into the stable bin because they are different and the Basemap Helper is also different.

I tired running the Basemap helper bin that I did and it had a huge hole in it from 25-4000 at part throttle. Earlier versions of TE didn't have these problems.

User error.

Please read the various help site links, and information on bins that has been posted. This has been covered numerous times.
