I just built the DIY TechEdge Wideband v2.0- including shipping and the cost of the sensor, it was $US205. It took for_freaking_ever to build (I'm slow, I'd guess 14 hours), but works great. Does anyone know how to hook up my K-Type EGT thermocouple to this beeutch?

I've been discussing megasquirt with Ted over in the FI forum and was thinking about starting an ultra ms discussion.. I think I've sold him on using it for his big block caddy project

Read this for all choices and pretty good user data.

I do like my LM-1 right now...and it is the ONLY fully digital Wideband on the market...seems they have all of the quirks worked out finally.

The real time logging software is pretty pimp too

Does the basic LM-1 have the ability to datalog all the sensors? seems like datalogging with MAP pressure and RPM would be PERFECT for working with turboedit

Also, is there a display on the zeitronix that reads out the AFR without having to buy the LCD? I dont have a laptop yet and would rather not have to sit a desktop comp in the car! thanks

You have to buy the RPM convertor box to log the extra sensors...

Might be worth it to just shell out the extra $$$ for their new AUX BOX though now.

how hard is it to tune without it? just have to remember how much vacuum u had at a certain rpm and adjust fuel for it?

Yeah, thats pretty much it...i basically just watch and pick spots.

I only really use the logs to find tough spots and make sure everything is staying safe.

I was about to buy a zeitronix wideband when I noticed its not supported by uberdata, and thats what I will be using, any info on how this would work with uberdata? or do I need to get a plx,or innovate? I really like the zeitronix price.
