what is Injector latency tweak factor in xeno's basemapper deluxe excel file? How do I use it? what does it do?
when i set it at either 1 or 2 it drastically changes the cells in the fuel map...

latency - the period of apparent inactivity between the time the stimulus is presented and the moment a response occurs.
adjusts for the delay in the time the injector gets its signal to when it actually opens. how its used specifically in xeno's stuff, unsure.
