You mean on a cheesy Autometer A/F gauge? Yes, tune it so it is on the rich side. Just to be safe I would suggest tuning further into the rich side since you aren't using the most accurate tuning device.

..actually, stoichimetric is not an automotive term. It's a chemistry term, which again, means "a measurement of the amounts all of the things that are in a chemcial reaction". Applied to automotive theory, means a "perfect" air fuel ratio on gasoline, and that is 14.7:1 ratio..
Sorry for the symantics, but it's better to correct misinformation when it surfaces.

iv got a summit racing a/f gauge,
its got 10leds, from bottom to top(bottom lean top rich)
4red/2yellow/4green
what would you guys say would be optimum for idle on an N/A car?
filled up to the 2yellow?
what would you say is the stoich range?
or approximate(i know these things arent that accurate).
