Im going to be running a custom t25 turbo on my d16y8 on 8 psi.i have a fmu right now, is that safe?do i need to change timing?i was also thinking about running 12 psi on stock internals with afc hack and dsm450cc is this safe?

get a po6 with uber. a nd that wastegate prolly reads like 10-11 anyways. if u want 8 .. all i did was cut 3 1/4 off the end and welded 3 1/4 from a saab adjustable wastegate so now im fully adjustable...

Hehe Xenocron handled it... a little nicer than I would have.. but handled it.

 

Stock t25 is gated at 8psi, the DSM cars electronically adjust the boost to like 12psi. All you have to do is put it on. If you want more make a MBC.
