You probably can't remember this now but, what exactly did you hit with the wand? I've power washed cars before and didn't have a problem...... I always did it with the engine running though that may have been the difference.

BTW did you check the simple stuff like wire and cap and rotor? I know you covered in plastic but a pressure washer can get water anywhere.

Is that car wash place watched? Around here it's illegal to wash your engine bay b/c of the contaminates... But that might just be a Florida thing. Our drinking water is like 4 feet below ground...

Nope havent checked the cap and rotor. I dont see how water could have gotten in there but i'm gonna check anyway. The only place I actually held down the trigger was for the firewall. The rest I just used the low-pressure for.

Nah place isnt watched. This is SC man. You could have a bumper sticker saying "I removed both of my cats and EGR, suck my balls" and not worry about it.

Well I removed the dizzy cap and while it wasnt broken, it broke when I took it off (the spring loaded contact for the coil output. I put a new cap on there, it ran like ass and was hard as hell to start, but once it got cleared out it runs like brand new. Thanks for the help guys :)

Well, here in Miami they don't give a ---- about your car either. But if they catch u polluting ground water at a business, that place can get a big ass fine. So they look out for their own ass.
