Default vafc question very good ? for people and such

if i got a vafc safc watever the vtec one is .. im just wonder u scale the maps for the injectors right but boost kicks in at differnt times so wouldnt it be running rich or lean if u scale it for boost at 3000 rpm but then your not boosting at 3000 cuz u are going on the throttle easy... how does it work or am i right?

you're using a VAFC which means the ECU is still running closed loop.

which also mean that the narrowband o2 is still correcting AFR's

so the vafc only programs it when im boosting.. if i got a wideband and 450s with vafc would it be pretty easy to tune or not?

no

just get a chipped ecu and then worry about tuning. there really is no way to adjust the vafc for only when your in boost.

can a pr3 work with obd2... i have a 99 civic ex ... and rx7tocivic traded me his pr3 ecu.. he said it was obd1 but i read its obd0. he also made me a harness.. will this work? its already chipped..
