Using a missing link?

Do you need to get a missing link if you are running crome? I am turboing my civic and have never used crome before so i'm a noob to this part. I did have a turbo crx that was ran with a afc and a missing link, fmu, bullshit setup. I'm thinking you don't need it since the ecu needs to see a map reading. Let me know if i'm right with the last part there.

No missing link if you are running a real EMS. With Crome you add boost tables so the ecu doesn't freak when theres more than .3psi or whatever.

I am using a missing link and an fmu now on my h22. Strange thing is my vacuum went from -20 to -16. Is that normal?

Strange, I did a compression test and it reads normal? When I connect the missing link vacuum is @-16. When I disconnect it and hook the map sensor on normal vacuum reads around -20.
