Default Uberdata install questions

Hi,
a while ago I was looking at Ghettodyne and considering installing it in my OBD1 civic. So, I bought an OBD0 ecu and took it apart to sodder in a ZIF socket. But, I lost interest and didn't finish it. Now, this Uberdata system is looking really attractive. I have questions about the install, since I haven't really seen a complete guide about it.

Is Uberdata free?

Where can I get a detailed installation guide on how to modify the OBD1 ecu?

I guess the rest is pretty much the same as Ghettodyne, except I hear it supports boost.

This next question is unrelated. If you have an HF manifold, and a downpipe that has an o2 bung, and you want to run a stock o2 sensor AND a wideband o2 sensor, which one should go before, and which one after the turbo??
Thanks for the info.

http://www.nitroburn.com/pgmfiwiki/index.php

This is easier to read and navigate than PGMFI for beginners...IMO
