I was just talkin to somebody that chips ECUs and told me the P@9 ECU is from a Civic EX Auto non vtec. I have a PR3 ECU right now, running my B16. Why cant I use that to do turboEdit? Or can I? Its gonna be such a hassle to buy another ECU and have it socketed... :-\

you need to do some research, all the info you need is right in front of you, but to help you on your way. The reason you need a PS9 is so you can use the auto lock up solenoid output from the ECU to run the 1 wire vtec, yes they are hard to find, no you cant use your pr3 because of differences in the ECU code i think and socketing it is a piece of piss

you could get a PR4 ECU and chip that! but be carefull, not all are chippable.
If i were you i would find that PS9 ECU and call it a day.

look around on the recycler or on ebay like mentioned. try a junkyard or an auto dismantler...good l uck!
