As for the cable, I just use a generic 9 pin serial cable.

As for the final product, I plan to have it compare the A/F ratio with the values in the coorosponding cells of the fuel table and generate a choice of the percent of difference, or value needed to obtain a user-defined target ratio, and plot it the correct cells.
