if you have some extra money, a safc2 or vafc2 wouldnt hurt eather, pump more fuel when nitrous kicks in, msd ignition helps too

I got a pretty badass nitrous setup, its a NX direct port, NOS purge, and 2 bottles. For management I had a crane cam ignition with an ignition retard hooked up to the solenoids so the timing would only be retarted under the spray.

was it hard to set up Actually not really. The majority of car ---- is usually a headache but that kit was fun to do if you have the right tools. I just bought a tight radius bender from NOS and a 37 degree flare tool and it went smoothly. I guess the hardest part was I wanted to keep them all equal length and just trying to get it to snake around the throttle cable. |

That is a really nice setup. The best thing to do nitrous would be getting a dual table kinda thing so when nitrous comes in you can run off a different map. I think AEM has it and I believe Megasquirt does as well. I am not too in depth with nitrous, I just know my brother had a 100 shot on his ser, just went with colder plugs, pulled timing and had an adjustable FPR. And it was good to go. Ran 8.1 in the 1/8th on slicks.

The thing about nitrous is that you don't need a crazy complicated fuel map for nitrous cause the wet systems usually take care of the fuel. So its really just the timing that needs tuning.
