is it worth the extra money to buy a safc what are the advantages over the smc

 

SAFC is way more adjustable then an SMC. Also you get cool digital readouts on the AFC with only little dials on the front of the SMC. I'n not too technically savvy on the AFC but I know thats what I'm going for.

 

Thats what i would say the SFC is much better and you can get good deals on used ones on ebay, check it out. With the Apexi you can also use the Blue wire mod on V-afc where you can monitor you oxigen sensor voltage that can help you for tunuing thats what i will do also plus you get the cool look of it on your dashboard
