Default Shady ECU chipping

Pulled this p06 a02 from a junkyard, got it home, and it had this awesome "Mugen" chip. I can de-solder that out, just wondering what the resistors are for on B52 and R54. Tried searching around for what they do, but the sites are either gone, or had shitty info.

Can anyone tell me off hand what those 2 spots do, and if anything else looks odd on this ECU.

R54 is needed there, and C52 are wrong there... theres goes a capacitor but you can leave it there or desoldered if you want
