Brad at RLZ=::thumbsdown:: ::)

he may be a great head porter but his customer service is complete ----. a friend of mine paid him and sent his head to him for over a year and a half ago and JUST got it back last monday after over a year of lies about it being shipped already

Have you had any other top of the line porters do any work for you? That's sadly typical.

Brad's a great guy, IMO he'd get through the pile of heads he has a lot faster if he only worked 50-60 hour weeks instead of 80-90 hour weeks. It's not intentional, but the poor guy is overworked to the point he gets inefficient.

yeah i understand that but the sad thing was there was a shop locally to us that had sent a head to him around the same time and got it back three months later. i understand that there are priority customers and some heads will get pushed aside if somebody that gets alot of work done there comes in and needs it done fast but a year and a half is rediculus
