O.K. here's my problem and I hope someone can help me even though most members run and use hondas. This kid comes into the shop I work at and says he bought a 90' 240sx with a RED TOP SR20 DET swap and needs a JDM harness. So we get it for him and we don't see him since january. Well he comes back on monday and says he wants a clutch flywheel, Gauges , Tach , Trust turbo back exhaust , and a S-AFC hooked up to his car. Well when I was doing the clutch job which was easier then a honda I noticed the wiring was hacked and crap he must have done it himself. Well last thing to do the AFC. Well the directions the Greddy gives me basicly say almost all nissans have the same pin outs. Well the AFC isn't working either the power or ground is wrong. I know thw AFC un it itself is fine because I hooked 12v's to it and th e AFC works so it's a problem in the wiring.

What the hell or where does the wires go does anyone know. I called Apexi and once I told them that we didn't wire the car and has as sub harness they took the easy way and said " oh it must have to do with a cross up from the sub harness " I took it in short as " You're SOL and we can't help you have a hince day " HAs anyone here done a S-AFC in a 240sx before do they know where and what color the wires are ? or a link to a site that'll give it to me, Also I know that Nissans run a HOT WIRE sensor type but what do I need to set the IN and OUT at I know hondas are 06 IN 06 OUT but what abouyt Nissans ? Thanks to anyone that can help me. I have hooked up and know how to use AFC's but they have all been on honda's this is my first nissan let alone a SR20DET. Thanks.

there are some special instructions in the SAFC manual that have to do with some Nissans. do they have more than one air meter? The manual has all the pinouts for the ecus printed in it. www.apexi.com
