I got the screen at Mouser for $13.36 + shipping
http://www.mouser.com/index.cfm?&han...d&N=0&crc=true You'll need two DB-25 Female connectors: @ 0.75 each http://www.allelectronics.com/cgi-bi...25S&type=store 1 male DB-25 Male connector @ 0.69 each http://www.allelectronics.com/cgi-bi...5SC&type=store 2 Hoods to make things look nice and neat Plastic @ 0.39 each http://www.allelectronics.com/cgi-bi...25H&type=store Metal @ 0.95 each http://www.allelectronics.com/cgi-bi...5HM&type=store A few feet of ribbon cable @ 0.28 a foot (get what you think you need, plus some extra) http://www.allelectronics.com/cgi-bi...-20&type=store I bought my ---- at radio shack and spent 5x as much. ------- asshats I improved my soldering skills exponentially while working on this thing. One thing I definitly learned. Flux OWNZ. I'll never solder w/o it again. Its like magic goo. |
