problems with programming SST chips with enhanced willem burner
I'm using the enhanced willem burner and the sst27sf512 chips; I can read, and erase the chips fine but when I try to burn a bin says there's an error at 0x000000 chip= 0xFF buffer= 0x73
I'm stumped I've tried numerus chips, setting offset to 8000 etc I have the power level on normal and the special chip setting on normal. Has anyone else had this problem? |
Re: problems with programming SST chips with enhanced willem burner
did you remove the jumper before programming the chip? Usually if you don't you get that error. Make sure you burn at 0x08000.

Re: problems with programming SST chips with enhanced willem burner
again, I'm using the enhanced burner so there are no jumpers I tried burning at 0x08000 and I tried 3 different chips.
Does anyone else use the enhanced burner? |

If the chip was in wrong it wouldn't erase and read the chip |
