Default PLX Wideband wiring ?? *w pics*

I'm trying to wire up my new wide band and the only problem I'm having is that it says that I need the narrowband output & the linear wideband output and I don't know where these are. I have a PLX SM-AFR for a 94 honda Civic with a p28 ecu.

The Narrowband output goes to the normal O2 input for the ECU.

I'm still a little confused, so on the wiring for the analog clip I just need the 12v source, ground, and then my wideband signal spliced to pin D14? and one pin will be left empty??
