Re: plx m300 help car wont run corrrect
Judging by the picture you posted - you have exactly zero information worth knowing anywhere in this thread - you have an OBD1 converted ED chassis. You want a 20-40 ohm resistor (minimum one watt in size) connecting switched ignition power to pin A6 (O2 heater circuit ground).
Code 41 won't cause what you are describing. |
Re: plx m300 help car wont run corrrect
You have to a a 20ohm 10 watt resistor to the d14 pin on the obd1 ecu works perfectly. thats what plx said to do. And the pix isn't of my car.
http://www.plxdevices.com/Installati...UsersGuide.pdf thats where i found what to do. Refer to step 8 odd add resistors no more code 41? weird |
Re: plx m300 help car wont run corrrect
It's a heater circuit looking for whether or not there's current being dropped across it. You think that's wierd? Would it make more sense if I told you to plug some Taco Bell into the ECU?
FYI, chasing a CEL 41 when your car runs like ass is a waste of time. But, I've already said as much. |
