okay i will check when I get off work but I haven't done anything else to the car it's just a stock ls with a obd2b-obd1 jumper. Stock ecu

okay gettin code 41 right when i fire it up. I just read I have to install a resistor between the 02 heater poser and 02 heater ground but witch wire is which?

Judging by the picture you posted - you have exactly zero information worth knowing anywhere in this thread - you have an OBD1 converted ED chassis. You want a 20-40 ohm resistor (minimum one watt in size) connecting switched ignition power to pin A6 (O2 heater circuit ground).

Code 41 won't cause what you are describing.

You have to a a 20ohm 10 watt resistor to the d14 pin on the obd1 ecu works perfectly. thats what plx said to do. And the pix isn't of my car.

It's a heater circuit looking for whether or not there's current being dropped across it. You think that's wierd? Would it make more sense if I told you to plug some Taco Bell into the ECU?

FYI, chasing a CEL 41 when your car runs like ass is a waste of time. But, I've already said as much.

it might make the car run a little better, especially if the ecu likes taco bell as much as i do
