Default please help added more info

my friend just got his turbo on and we need help tuning it. it is a ls with 10.5 forged pistons, hbeam rods, b16 head with h22 injectors and aem fuel rail. he is using a afc with b16 computer. we need help with the fuel percentages and high lo throttle maps. he is also using fmu and missing link with saab turbo and intercooler.

That setup sounds funny. I don't think those injectors are big enough for anything over 4 psi if that. Why is he using a missing link with the AFC? What is the ratio of the FMU? What kind of fuel pump is he running?

The AFC isn't for "the hack," but to fine tune the fuel since FMUs are untuneable.

What ratio FMU is a very good question. Also, what exactly is your problem? I'd start by tuning my idle, as 345cc injectors are going to need a little fiddling.

Do you have a wideband O2, or an EGT?

Default UPDATE

the fmu is a 10:1. he just got a set of 450 injectors and a waldro 255 intank pump. will these injectors be to much. the car will lean out if you floor it and pop and miss. he has the fuel way up and still leaning out. please help.
