Ok looked at another car and how the distributor was set up it. With the motor on tdc #1 compression stroke the cyp and cyp sensor did not line up. The tdc and tdc sensor did and every 180* of rotation at the crank another tooth lined up on the tdc. What the hell dose the cyp reference off of? I seams to be in the middle of a stroke??

Should I just put the distributor on and rotate the ---- out of it till it runs good. I will have to change the wire and plug location for 90* of distributor housing rotation to keep the firing order 1342.

The motor is a b18a1 and I think the distributor is a d non vtec it is stamped with p06. Any one using this set up? I can only get 1/2 bolt holes lined up. It is running at the moment but like ---- #1 and #4 are not firing. I think it is due to injector firing order is mest up due to my distributor problem. I can remove plug wires #1 and #4 and this makes no different car still runs/bad.

I can always stick obdo. I want to up grade. Car runs fine with obdo. O by the way no more codes with the distributor swap. I am running a obd1 pr4 and a 4 wire o2 sensor.

Please some one help. I think I am write on top of it. Should I find and obd1 b18a1 distributor? Or with this p06 distributor work?

Nice I got it just rotated the distributor around and it works/changing the wires around every 90* of distributor rotation. Set base timing good to go. I still have no idea what the cyp is looking for but it is defiantly not any tdc or bdc on the motor. Got 1 bolt in ftw.
