we've been emailing each other. I'll copy the email (since i always copy every email into the next one) and post it up.

I got my ecu and harness back this week, and i went to start it up, nothing again. It made a different noise this time tho when it was winding. there is a CEL that comes on, now how do I jump the ecu to check the code?

There is a connector on the pass side, just under the right side of the dash with two holes...stick a paper clip in there.
