Default obd0-obd1 harness. how the hell do i get the pins out

how the hell do i get these things out? or do you guys (or anyone who has) just solder the wires to the old ones? id like to run all new wire for the conversion harness but i cant get these freakin pins out.

They have clips inside of them.. you'll need a small eyeglass screw driver to lift the clip.

Fold the ledges back on the ECU plugs and pull real hard with a pair of pliers.

Ah yes the OBD0 ecu pins... They are a pain and you will spend some time trying to depin them but just use something small like a pin, paperclip, screwdriver etc and like Ef9 said, theres a small tab inside you'll need to lift up on and then pull the wire out. Xenocrons idea would work as well

i used a dremel to grind a paper clip and it worked great. thanks for the help guys.
