BRE seems to have lots of features being added etc and is made for your ecu so I would try that.Or if you got some bucks join the club and get a conversion harness,dizzy,O2 sensor and go OBD1 to run Crome.

yeah i understand chrome would be the better option... but adds expense, i only want to run 5-6 psi or so

unless there is a huge difference i dont really see the point of doing a conversion to go obd1 when bre is already there

For sure.I have never tried BRE but it looks good and i have not heard any bad stuff. You have a PR3 in your car right? Here is a link on using it etc, seams to have all the good features found in Crome etc.Good luck

bre or just go obd1...you don't have to invest in the o2 sensor if you tune it disabled and leave it that way. it's just a little extra time tuning part throttle and cruising.

i've had luck w/ bre and some situations that didn't turn out so well w/ obd0 tuning. mostly comes from cars that are very old and already have issues mechanically with electrical gremlins, ignition gremlins, and relay gremlins. this can also happen with obd1 cars, but i see more obd0 cars with issues since they have been around longer and have changed so many hands and been modded multiple times by people that maybe shouldn't have been playing with tools.
