i just got my cable from chris and i put it in, but when i try to us real time it never connects, it just says connecting and nothing happens. i checked my connection and it said successfully connected to ecu. if anyone can help, please do. thanks.

i have basic crome on my laptop. i dont know which crome he used, might be crome pro how can i tell ??

chrome pro is the only version that i know that allows data logging. Try searching for freelog you can use that for DL instaead
