Tuners, by their very nature, are flakes.

Find a tuner, or bite it and buy wideband and tuning gear.
But JD, what if the rod bearings llok fine, but the mains look like this..........

Just a 100 shot with extra 6 degrees of timing (mpg chip) .........oops!

oh ----, you are right, water has a lower boiling point, but can transfer heat alot better than the antifreeze mixture, therefore keeps the engine at a more steady temperature. SO i still have no clue which is better straight distilled water, mix, or what.

That's some serious crank flex. Those are what a certain sleeved-but-not-align-bored H22's bearings looked like about the third crank in, when we pulled the girdle/caps to check them after 75 miles.

so back to my topic, how do I get all this bearing debris out of the motor? should I spray a can of brake cleaner down the oil port for the vtec solenoid and filter hole witht the pan off? the turbo feed line is also unfiltered right? how much ---- is fucked up with metal shavings? what all should I clean? the sump is obviously gonna be packed full of debris, and no one has answered what oil I should be running. I think my problem is I used gay gasket maker ---- on the oil pan and it heated up and chipped off and clogged the sump...damn Im a dumbass...ill spend the extra money on hondabond from now on.
