NG4 too rich? SOmeone burn me a chip!

I just did my install last night and my car bogs when under any boost over 2 psi. I am running the stock ng4.bin -10% in vaccum. Is this way too rich for a dohc zc? My burner broke itself

so I can't burn another tune until I get another burner.

NG4 is old and there is a bug in the code, you should try ng5 http://www.pgmfi.org/phorum/read.php?f=12&i=3331&t=3331

I know but my rom burner is screwed so I can't burn another rom until I get another burner. I'm stuck with the last one I burned which was the ng4.bin.
