Question Neptune to Crome-Chip/BIN intercompatibility

I have a question about using Crome to street tune, then Neptune to dyno tune, then Crome to again play with the ECU after the Neptune chip is installed.

I plan to use Crome/Moates Ostrich emulator to do a DIY street tune to my car. The dyno tuner nearest me uses Neptune and their own ECU to tune on the dyno. Then they burn a chip and put it into my chipped/socketed ECU (they offer the ECU chipping service).

Is it correct that I can use the universal chip/socket kit from Xenocron so that I can use Crome/Ostrich emulator, and the dyno tuner can use their ecu and Neptune/Demon, then burn a chip to put into my ecu? If so will I be able to load the Neptune burnt chips' BIN file up onto Crome later easily to edit? Will I even be able to play with the ecu's new Neptune burnt chip using my Ostrich emulator and Crome later on?

From what I understand the universal ecu chip/socket kit can interface with the Moates Demon and Neptune with the use of a jumper cable. Will Crome/Ostrich work for me if I use a Neptune RTP chipping kit? Im pretty sure thats a no but thought Id ask that too.

My car to be tuned is a 93 Honda Civic with a d15b7, OBD1. 150-180hp goal.

ECU chipping kit "HONDA1" (moates.net) works for------------Crome-Uberdata-Hondata
Demon works for--------------------------------------------------Neptune-Crome-ecTune
Ostrich works for--------------------------------------------------Neptune-Crome-most others

Apparently I cant use the Ostrich/Neptune/Chipkit HONDA1 together. How do I connect the Ostrich with Neptune if it is said to be compatible?

Dyno tuner wants to put a burnt chip in my ecu tuned via Neptune, I want to still be able to work with that dyno tuned binary file with Crome. My question is what chip kit should I be installing in my ECU to use Neptune and Crome with the Ostrich?

Im sending an email to the dyno tuner to ask what chip kit they want to put in my ecu. If its compatible with crome theres my answer I guess.

Also the Demon would work and solve my problems, but I want to use the Ostrich and free crome, Im on a budget. Any help is appreciated.
