Default Need help w/ fuel problem

I got a b16a in a crx w/ turbo running about 8 psi of boost. I have no check engine lights, and the car runs just great when It's not in boost, but when I try to step on it and it gets to like 4 psi the engine cuts off and the car will not start back up. I have to wait a few minutes and unplug the ecu and plug it back in and then it starts again. When it was going in to boost when it happened my A/F guage was showing really lean, but I have a walbro 255lph pump(in-tank), dsm 450cc injectors and the Zdyne Gold SECU setup with the B16a FI program w/ stock map sensor. My fuel pressure is at about 42psi. Does anyone know what this could be?

A/F gauge are not great but when it was showing lean were you getting any or could here any knock? With the management you're running you shouldn't be running lean unless you have a bad injector or something got wired up wrong. So you have to unplug your ECU to start again, did you try just turning the key off and restarting? But it sounds like you're getting a code from the map sensor but your you say you're not throwing a CEL?

well I am not sure how knock sounds, it just hesitates and then cuts off. And it wouldn't start no matter what until I unplug the ecu and plug it back in. I have NO CEL codes at all. Also I did manage to get it to stop cutting out on me. What I did was, when it was idling it was acting funny so I went in to the zdyne program and added .3 milliseconds of fuel pulse to the idling area on the map and the idle smoothed out, then I also retarded the distributor as far as it goes.

Now it wont die, but in the morning it was hard to start, then when it warmed up it starts fine. Also the car boosts but is not very fast and sometimes or most of the time when I go in to boost it will hesitate and sometimes pop. As soon as it hesitates I let off the gas. Could this be because my timing is retarded all of the way?

Another thing, I am not sure what my base distributor timing should be set at to work right with the zdyne ecu. I believe stock for a b16a is 8 btdc but the guy i bought the zdyne from said it should be at 18 btdc.
