Default need help on picking engine management

i have a 94 civic ex with a d16z6 in it. i took out the motor b/c im going to be building it. im going for around 300hp on 15-20 psi. what would be a good engine management for me to get, crome, neptune, ec tune, etc.

Hondata if you are self tunning. Otherwise save some cash and go Neptune.

You say it was a dumb question alright so you can answer this for me. hondata vs neptune what are the advantages of one compaired to the other? is one more user friendly? which one has more features? are those said features very useful...enough to make it better then the other?

They almost have the same amount of features. Hondata allows for onboard datalogging.
Besides that there really isn't much difference besides price.
There are debates all over the net on this one.
The more important thing is who is tuning your car.

i did not say anything about neptune. when referring to free i was talking about crome which is free to download. if you wanted to know between just neptune and hondata than make the decision already you seem like a smart person
