What resistance is Jumper j12? I need to put it back in, I put my stock injectors back in and running stock map but cel comes on (prolly because i pulled j12). If you could just check the color code and post it up for me, it would be a big help thanks!!!

 

Jumpers are 0 ohm. Use a piece of wire.

Your problem is not related to J12. That jumper just connects the Rx and Tx lines of the serial communication.

 

Then I dont understand why i'm getting a CEL? Its running stock injectors on the stock map, and I took the resistors out.

Ok, I just got home from a hard weekend of drinking, I spent an hour at a carwash tonight @ 2:00 AM because some peice of ---- puked all over inside/outside my car. Anyway, I'll check the code in the morning and get back.

What do you mean which rom-editor needs it/not needs it. I'm using crome, and EcuControl.

I was doing some reading about J12 and when you cut it, it seperates the Tx and Rx so your ecu can send and recieve signals through seperate lines (full-duplex) instead of through one (half-duplex)

where is the BARO sensor? i'm pretty sure i've never unplugged any sensors but if you know what the problem could be your help would be appreciated.
