well my battery fell over and fucked the wires going to the wideband sensor, i don't know how long i drove around with it like that.

so i fixed the sensor wires, and now my zeitronix (the box unit) won't turn on at all, logging doesn't work, i get nothing.

I"m wondering if anyone can help me out at all, like maybe theres a fuse inside or something, or if anyone has had any experience with zeitronix customer service.

I have talked to him numerous times. Check to see if you have 5v between the yellow and the brown wires. If you don't then you tripped the internal fuse. I took mine apart and never found a fuse unless its soldered to the board. Email him at sales@zeitronix.com He will get back to you. You will have to send it to him though. I had several problems with numerous units and eventually got a refund. They are a fair company.

I emailed them, i hope i get a response, i took the unit apart, no visible fuse or any apparent damage. this sucks.

 

I got a nice quick response, he says I can send it to them and they will repair it and upgrade it to the latest specs............ sweet. I love zeitronix!

no, its 25 to 35 bucks, they don't know till i send it. o well.
