Default MAP sensor question

ok, Right now I'm running the afc hack set up with no check valves and stock MAP sensor. THis winter i'm switching to überdata, I've heard about GM 3 bar MAP sensors, do I need one, and do I need check valves? I"m planning on running 9psi on a 14b.

Nope, you don't need the 3bar map uless you plan on running over 11 psi and need to expand your fuel/ignition tables. No check valves either man. You'll be fine with the stock map sensor.
