TO manage bigger injectors???

Default TO manage bigger injectors???

i was wondering if it is possible to use DSM 450cc injectors on a chipped ecu, i got one of those chips of ebay, will it accept bigger injectors

my setup is on a b18a1 with 70,000 miles, want to run 10 psi, with t3, logg manifold high volume fuel pump, upgraded ign, with boost retard, fuel press. reg and gauge

Theoretically, yes, you can. However, you'd have to change your ENTIRE fuel and ignition tables to manage the larger flow. Basically, decreasing pulse duration on the injectors to compensate for more flow per millisecond open.

Your best bet, would be to get a program that scales MAP sensor voltage, or, a hardware device (Joseph's MapHack application seems VERY cheap and VERY effective). This way, you can run your larger injectors, yet tune fomr the stock fuel and ignition values.

Yeah TurboEF9's idea would probably be best for you. I beleive those chips on ebay are programed to advance timing for more power. However, thats on a natural aspiration car... You don't want advanced timing if your going to be boosting.
