Default LS-T????

I have a 91 integra with a stock b18b block and stock b18a head,i have cash to buy my turbo kit, just dont want it to lay around waiting for the fuelmanagement.what fuel management should i use. im planning to run about 8psi or so,i already thought about a chipped ecu, but i cant understand any of those free tunning software,so what fuel management should i use and and not blow my ---- up for at least a year or so? please help asap trying to turbo it next week.

chip your ecu. get a base map, and take it to a tunner. only another $200 or so.

---- theirs no fukin tuners around my town unless, i shuld go with the guy i met a the local streetraces that that said he can tune any chipped ecu for $10 and ended up blowing his motor the first day he tuned his turbo.

im pretty sure theres tons of tuners in the inner LA area. im from norcal and theres tons of shops that can tune over here.
