knock and what to do with adj cam?
I have a msd knock sensor and am getting some knock and can feel it some. I have 2 adjustable cam gears that are both set at 0 degrees. What one or both do you adjust and (about) how much and retard or advanced?

Confused as to why you might be thinking the two are related...
If you are getting knock, add more fuel and/or retard the timing in your maps at the points you are getting knock.
As far as adjusting cam gears...guessing that you have a stock DOHC engine you could use the cam gears to dial in a little over lap to make the engine breathe a little better at higher RPMs.
