just purchased the BURN 1 moates rom editor with the uberdata chip kit, does the software come with the package this is what i think i need to get the car ruuning right

the burn 1 isn't a 'rom editor', it's a chip programmer. the software you use to write your program is your 'rom editor' it should have come with the software, if not, you can dl from www.moates.net , it's called 'tuner pro' or some ----

is it possible to find a bin. for a bmw like the hacks on the hondas, through uberdata

 

uberdata is specifically for obd1 honda ecu's.

correct, but you can data log in real time without an emulator then go back and look at the graphs and make the changes, reburn the chip, and do it again. start reading up on the uberdata forum, you're going to have a lot of questions once you start and they will be better answered there.
