Try running my stock ECU and tunning w/ the AFC. Maybe it is your comp, Maybe its the harness
This may help u narrow down da prob....

I tried gounding d15 and nothing happened, it was d15 on my obd1 connectors, right? I didn't think obd0 had a d but you never know.
ya, I got that flange, sorry I never called you after I got your text message, I was at work when I got it, then I forgot to call back. I'm going to look at my conversion harness, I pulled that out tonight, and if I can't find anything we'll try running your computer.

I checked it with the harness wiring on the pgmfi website and 5 of the wires were wrong, 1 was for radiator fan relay, and the other 4 were for the distributor. I switched all of them to what the pgmfi site says and tried it again, still runs like crap and I still can't get the cel to do anything, but when I was getting it started I would press the gas pedal and the cel would flicker, I think I need to go and insulate all my wires on the obd0 plug, some might be touching.

yikes.
i nearly didnt catch my one mistake in my obd0-obd1 harness. i swapped the sensor groudns and brake switch wire (both green/white pins b2 and b12 or something iirc). took me forever to find those; once i fixed that and replaced the bent map sensor pin the car fired up and worked.
I was happy but ------- pissed as hell at the same time; 2 months of ------- with the car off and on and it was 2 messed up wires :-/
---- happens though; i'm no longer afraid of auto wiring and diagnosing problems
