how hard is it to tune uberdata

hey i need some one to tune my car ! i live in MASS anyone live around here please help me out and how hard is it to tune uberdata i read a lil bit about it but not realling getting it you need a wide band and a chip burner ? any help would be great !! thank

If you are willing to travel, Mike at J&M corvettes is an awesome tuner. I am teaching him Uberdata right now. PM me to set something up. He's in Manchester, CT. I will be on site to burn chips.
