The AFC hack is pretty much plug and play; if you want boost like RIGHT NOW you'll need to go that route. People on Ebay are always buying SAFCs for outrageous prices so you can always sell it later. TurboEdit is very popular, mainly because J.Parker takes pride in his work and has put together a very polished program. I'm using Uberdata in my obd1 civic.
