how can i download a bin file from this ECU?

Default how can i download a bin file from this ECU?

sup.

anyone know which one of the components in this ecu will hold a bin file in it?

i want to try and download the stock maps from this ecu.

It's more than likely stored inside the Microprocessor. It's the big one with NEC on it. I doubt the smaller surface mount chips are ROMs, but I can't see the part numbers. You'll have to pull the datasheet to get the pinout on that chip. They usually don't read like standard ROM chips. Is that an OBD0/1 ECU? What kind?

that ecu was pulled from a 97 "obd2" 1.4 (d14a4) iS engine. its called a P3Y...
