How bad is LEV?

My 99 accord has that low emissons crap and i was wondering how much this would effect my boosting of the accord. Any explanation in the difference in the LEV vehicles would bw greatly appretiated.

its not bad, its great from an environmental point of veiw. its just like any other form of smog reduction. you can deffinatley get around it.
