Are u sure the MAP sensor plugs and TPS are in the correct places? happened to me and did exactly the same as your describing, swapped them over and bingo, job sorted

map and TPS are plugged. the were swapped out and checked with spare units we had.
we got the hondata datalogger to work, and we are see full voltage at through the tps sweep.
there is no missing link in the car
the fuel line washers were replaced when i took the pressure line off the car to swap injectors.

When i was using chrome, i was using version 1.18r2 plugins: ABT 1.3, FuelMultipliers 1.2, closed loop control 1.0, and advanced tables 1.2
i also have the data ------ from the dyno, ill post that up for ya as well.
