ok cool and i did email chris but havent gotten a reply..the reason i said i wasnt building boost was because i had a svo mustang that would build boost setting but i guesse the 2 different worlds...oh and why would it only rev to 4500rpm just because its running to rich it should still rev...also i dont have my 02 hooked up yet could that make that big of a difference...
To build boost off of a limiter, you need to cut timing significantly and add fuel.
Hondata, Neptune, and Ectune have this feature. No one has made a script for CROME yet to cut ignition.

I love making basemaps...
9/10 times i can come very close...
1) maybe the injectors are dirty, did you have them cleaned?
2) maybe you voltage problems, which significantly affect how injectors work
3) maybe your fuel pressure is off
4) maybe there are about 2 millions different other things that can affect it
this is why i always include 2 basemaps with each ECU, usually they are 10% off one way or the other with fuel just in case something is off with the car...
the only thing you can do after that is alter the fuel pressure up or down or reburn the chip...unfortunately too many people use basemap and tuned map simultaneously...you should also never try to boost or use the launch if you cant get the car to idle

well actually ill send both back and you can lower the pressure on both but just as a comparison the exghaust fumes will make you cry if it gets in your face so yeah its bad
