Default help with mpfi without resistor box

im converting dpfi in a dx to mpfi without a resistor box. so from what ive read i take the yellow/black wires and put them all together. then red goes to red and and yellow goes to yellow. but on injector 1 and 3 i dont have a brown wire or blue wire since i dont have a resistor box where do take these wires from the injectors to? thanks

it leads to a1 and a3. can i just pull the wires out of my wiring harness conversion on those two and extend them then hook them up to the injector plugs?

This should be in the tech section...but yes...you extend the wires going to a1 and a3 for the 2 injectors you are missing. If you aren't going to wire in the resistor box, make sure to use a saturated style injector (high impedence). Are you going straight to obd1 or staying obd0? If staying in obd0 it would be better to wire in the resistor box and run a peak and hold (low impedence) injector due to the setup of the injector driver in the ecu.

im swapping in a y7/z6 and going obd1 and i already have obd1 rc injectors and ill be turbo soon so i might as well get it running good without the turbo then add boost so maybe it will be easier to tune. thanks for the help.
