can you retard the timing to much on the dissy and no the check valves are in there the rite way and no tons of vtec fluid and my exhaust belt is tight even checked the piston return springs

Do you have all vacuum lines/waste gate lines hooked up right?

Have you gapped them?
If you're running an external waste gate, then I suggest you make yourself a 10 dollar manual boost controller just for your turbo/engine's sake.
It would really help totally if you get some pictures handy. That would truly make your problems go away.
