Greddy Emanage Question
I was given a Greddy emanage for my birthday from my best friend and i just wanted to know if it would be ok to use. I know that many people on here don't use it, but i thought since it was free, maybe i could use it. If i plugged it up, could i use the ***** on the side to adjust my air/fuel. I just wanted to use it for now on low boost to get my feet wet.

Re: Greddy Emanage Question
dude. if you've got a civic, it would basically be uber-retarded to do anything but TE/Uber/Chrome
sell the emanage.
The dials are for adjusting the MAP voltage signal to the ECU. To do anything worth a flying ---- with the emanage, you'll need the software and cable. Otherwise, it's an archaic tuning device.

yes you can use the 5 rotary switches to adjust fuel. However you can't be sure at what RPM those are set to work. Standard they are set to be at 2000, 3000, 4000, 5000, and 6000 RPMs ... But those can be set to whatever RPMs one want ... for instance - 600, 700, 800, 900, 1000 ...
also, do you know what maps are loaded ? fuel ? ignition ? Airflow adj. ?
as for their accuracy - yes, they are accurate. They adjust by 1% ... from -20% to +20% at the set RPM point
