Default GM map Q's

Alright I'm trying to find a good source of 5v for a my map, but I can't. Dose anyone out there in internet land know what size resistor I would need to make it work for 12v.

What kinda car is it going on Does it have a MAF sensor and a manifold differential pressure sensor??

It's going in a 94 protege, with a VAF.

I could...but I want to keep all the wiring as short as possible and the vaf is up front and I want to mount the map by the fire wall.
